Led by Dr. Nghia Quach (friends call him “Beta”), we help homeowners, builders, and architects turn big ideas into beautiful, permit-ready plans.
A Quick Backstorry
From history buff to builder. Beta started out studying art history and archaeology, earned a Doctor of Architecture researching coastal heritage sites, and fell in love with the craft of putting buildings back to work for modern life.
Hands-on since 2015. After stints with architecture firms in Hawai‘i, Shanghai, and Palm Beach, He opened Bi5 to blend design savvy with construction know-how.
Licensed & local. Beta is a Florida-Certified Building Contractor (license # CBC-1267437) and has spent the last decade guiding projects across the Treasure Coast.
